Semi
crystalline thermoplastic engineering material with great high
strength, good rigidity and excellent machinability. Industry fields:
Automotive industry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering,
precision engineering, household appliances, food technology, medical
technology, transport and conveyor technology.
Main
characteristics: Very low water absorption. Easy machined and
suitable for food contact. Tough, strong and rigid. Good sliding
properties and electrical insulation. Resistant to cleaning agents,
many solvent and acids. Easy to bond, weld, polish and machine. Great
abrasion resistance
Not
resistant long term to water over 60 oC
Applications:
plugs, housing parts, insulators, seals, gear wheels, friction
bearings, friction strips, tool carriers, rollers, agitators and etc.
